Ingredients 12 oz Sweet Corn Kernels
4 1/2 oz Heavy Cream
3/4 oz Shredded Potato
1/2 oz Minced Shallots
1/4 oz Minced Garlic
2 T Olive Oil
1 oz Shredded White Cheddar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions In a saucepan, saute the shallots and garlic in oil. Add corn and saute for 3 minutes. Add heavy cream and potato to corn, bring to boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the cheese and seasoning, remove from heat. Yield: 14 oz. Serving Size: 3 oz.
