Georgia Waffle
Ingredients 1 1/2 cups water
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups Golden Malted Flour
6 tbls. butter, melted
1/2 cup sliced peaches
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions Mix water with beaten eggs, add flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter and then add remaining ingredients. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown. This is delicious when topped with whipped cream. Makes 7-8.
