Golden Malted Chocolate Cupcakes Golden Malted Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients 2-1 oz. unsweetened chocolate sq.
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Golden Malted Flour
1/2 cup milk
Instructions Melt the chocolate over low heat; cool. Cream the shortening and the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until light. Spoon the batter into cupcake pans lined with paper liners. Makes approximately 12-18 cupcakes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes, or until cupcakes test done with a wooden pick. Let cool for 5 minutes then remove from pans and cool completely before frosting.
