Seeking experienced applications and software technician to deliver support to 60+ end-users for permanent full time position with competitive wages. Must be able to perform hands-on fixes at desktop level, evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends to prevent problems. Select applicant must possess excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills. Must have good analytical and problem solving abilities, strong customer service background. Efficiency in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Office 2003 and Office 2007 a must. Efficiency in SQL, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sharepoint and Microsoft CRM a plus but not required.
